MAIN ACTIVITIES
AER is an ALCEN’s company. Created in 1988, ALCEN has focused its industrial growth in the defence, aeronautics, energy and medical equipment. It brings together targeted and complementary areas of expertise, thereby positioning the group as a global decision maker among industry leader.
AER ensures the design and the justification of small size mechanisms and electromechanisms mainly in defence and space business. These equipments intervene in safety functions, management of fluid flow, vibration absorber, vacuum or precise displacements. The Customer support goes from specification to the delivery of tested equipments.
AER can also bring the justification of a very high level of reliability and safety throughout the lifespan of the equipment by analytical studies of aging, and by different levels of expertise.
The production is assumed by ATMOSTAT and ITP companies.
MAIN PRODUCTS
AER and other ALCEN’s firms have proven skill to deliver equipment no longer available on the market. They have decided to join their strengths in order to be more reactive, inventive and cost efficient to propose “tailor-made” Services & Support.
The AER SERVICES & SUPPORT turnkey solutions are:
- MANAGEMENT of OBSOLESCENCES: guarantee the availability of equipment during their life by detecting and analyzing obsolescence and advice on alternatives solutions;
- RE-ENGINEERING and RE-MANUFACTURING: re-design and development of mature equipment, including qualification tests, diligent manufacturing of prototype, optimizing production of small product lines, complex integration of assemblies and sub-assemblies, respectful of ISO9001 and EN9100 standards ;
- THROUGH LIFE SUPPORT: configuration’s administration, preventive maintenance, repair, overhaul, advice and assistance.
