MAIN ACTIVITIES
CEFA is a French independent Company (150 persons). Create in 1959, it is organized around 2 main activities, the first one in the military domain of the crossing vehicles and the zone protection vehicles and the second one in the civil domain: pressure vessels manufacturing, Industrial Equipment and the fluids filtration. CEFA developed a Forward Crossing Vehicle FCV. These vehicles can be used in different configurations: ferry of one or two vehicles or bridge of several vehicles. One FCV can transport in ferry configuration one class 70 Main Battle Tank (Leclerc Tank) and allows on rivers a construction of a bridge of 100 meters within 10 minutes. 39 FCV equips regiments of the French Land forces. A series of FCV is inmanufacturing for an exportmarket. The company is present on markets in the export on Asia and Middle East countries. In the field of the machines of protection of zone, CEFA counts in its range of anti tank ammunitions spreader, punctual ammunitions burying vehicles and trench excavators. In cooperation with Singapore Technologies Kinetics ( STK ) CEFA also proposes the BRONCO vehicle : a light high mobility tracked vehicle, available in several configurations and versions: Engineering, transport of troop (Felin), command especially developed for the troops evolving in the very bad grounds (Mountain, swamps, landing areas). Within the framework of the civil safety security and the protection of the individuals, CEFA developed anti attempt dustbin SECURICORB® which resist to explosions equivalent to 2 hand grenades. The SECURICORB® equips in Paris the site of the Louvre, the Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower as well as in Marseille the city center.
