Photonis is the European leader in the design andmanufacture of stateof-
the-art intensifier tubes. The company also designs, develops and
produces micro-channel plates, key component used inside the tube
and giving the properties of gain, resolution and lifetime.
Photonis is the main supplier of the French Army (more than 35,000
tubes have been supplied and are deployed in the armed forces since
1995) but also of the German army (BWB) and of many other NATO
countries.
The company exportsmore than 85%of its production towards Europe,
Asia, Middle-East and the USA.
