The group REEL, created in 1946, realizes in 2009 a turnover of 250 million euro, is present on 4 continents and employs 1500 persons on the world.
REEL conceives, develops, realizes, installs and maintains complex systems of handling adapted to needs in the domains of Nuclear power, Defence, Aeronautics, Metal industry, Aluminum and Industry. In all these perceptible domains, REEL conceives and develops equipments which answer the most extreme requirements in safety.
In the domain of Defence, REEL realizes handling equipments bound to the safety. It developed in particular handling equipments for the load of ballistic missiles M51 in the nuclear submarines missile launchers ( SNLE). It studies and realizes, besides, in subcontracting, the turrets of reception of the artillery of the VBCI.
In the domain of aeronautics, REEL conceived and made equipments for the maintenance, cleaning and painting of devices. It realizes in particular installations of assembly for A380 and future A350.
 

This meeting between Mr. Bury and Mr. Vigna articulated around a presentation of group REEL and its activities. The organization and the services of the GICAT but also, the show Eurosatory on june 2010 and business meeting EDSM were also in the center of the exchanges.
