Mandate:
- To establish a Defence policy for the land and air land sector in order to promote the interests of industrial organisations in this field and those of the land forces, to political decision makers.
Project "Changes in the support and services policy"
Chief project: Jean-Francois LAFORE (GICAT) - Chief program: Bernard REFALO
Mandate:
- To study and implement the main changes in the logistical support sector;
- To develop new partnerships between Public and Industrial organisations and new contractual models in the field of logistical support;
- To follow up regarding the use of guidelines for experience feedback and contracts with five pilot fleets.
Project "SMC"
Chairman: Jérôme DIACRE (ELNO) - Directeur opérationnel : Bernard REFALO
Mandate:
- To stimulate and reinforce synergies between clients and SMC GICATmembers, aswell aswith industrial organisations;
- To facilitate SMC's access to foreign markets: customer and market intelligence, training in export procedures in connection with control organisations...
- To facilitate SMC's access to foreign markets for armament and initial research programmes;
- To organise the despatch of useful and beneficial information to SMCs;
- To establish and follow up adapted support actions.
