Following the recent success of its Defense activities, and in preparation for the international development of its global activities, ELNO is looking to recruit a Business development director.
Based in France in Paris Area, this position reports to the VP sales . The purpose of the role is to plan and implement sales activities in order to meet company's targets for retention growth and profitability.

- Work in close relationship with the VP Sales to develop business of the company worldwide

- Support the VP sales thanks to its strong technical and operational knowledges of defense and transport markets, and team with the others sales manager of the company

•Plan and implement local sales strategy, in keeping with the groups stated strategic aims.

•Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.

•Plan and manage sales resources according to agreed budgets.

•Manage tender applications and complex contract negotiations.

•Travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis.

•Be personally responsible for managing and achieving specific sales targets.

•Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems.
